Hi On the home page it says I've saved the text but it does not appear on my saved messages page. I've waited 24 hours! Please help

Inappropriate?HI EstherP don't be sad I'm sure it's something simple. Messages are saved near instantly and you shouldn't have to wait very long at all for them to appear.
First of all when you say the home page do you mean the main one at Treasuremytext.com or your own after you've logged in.
Also are you using the iPhone app or SMS forwarding to save your messages?

Inappropriate?Could you check your mobile number in your Settings and verify it's correct, it looks like it could be digit short and that the starting code is for Vodafone not Orange, it seems to be missing a digit?
You can find your number in your Profile + Settings.
P.S. - Did you set up an account a while ago using the same mobile number, your messages may be there instead.
