How do I find out my password when ive followed the instructions to reclaim it and it hasnt worked?
ive forgotton my password and my user id and ive followed all the steps suggested but to of no avail so it said i should contact support... which is what iv done. please help

Inappropriate?Hi Emma, which bit didn't work when you tried to reset your password it should go like this....
1) Enter your mobile number at the forgotten password page
2) Wait for an email
3) Copy and paste the link in the email to your Web Browser (be sure to include all the stuff after the question mark)
4) Enter a new password -

Thank you for your reply, the only problem is that those are the steps that I have tried to take but no no avail as I became stumped when I did not recieve an email hence not allowing me to continue to steps 3 and 4

Is the email address it says it is sending it to still your email address? if so have you tried looking in a junk/spam folder for the email from us? -
