Log in and reset
I recently created an account here and I had no problem logging in and out for the first day. I've uploaded 50 texts with no problem. But since yesterday, I haven't been able to log in and the password that was sent to my email address (the reset password) doesn't work.
I want to edit this to make it more specific.
1. I made an account on treasuremytext and was able at first to log in and out easily and to send text messages to it from my phone.
2. Now, I can't. I did the "forgot password" thing, but the password that was sent to me via email only allowed me to log in to the Get Satisfaction thing. That doesn't help me - I need to get into my treasuremytext account!
3. HELP! I tried to make a new account, but I can't because my cell phone # is (of course) already being used by my first account.

Inappropriate?Send your username to support@treasuremytext.com and we'll take a look at what's going on. In the meantime you can also try to reset your password again. Try copying and pasting the entire link (it may be on two lines) from your email into the browser and try that, it's important you get the entire link.

Inappropriate?Thanks, Paul - I just received an email that linked me to a page where I could reset my password without providing my old password. So that all worked out.
