Losing parts of messgaes
Why do some messages only save part of the message not the whole message? I have lost some messages because of this

Inappropriate?Can you email me your username to support@treasuremytext.com and I'll look into it. It happens sometimes with long messages on some certain networks but we haven't managed to find exactly what the problem is. We may be able to recover the lost bits of your message though.

Inappropriate?There is something definitely wrong here, we don't receive the remaining parts of your messages (it only affects long sms messages). We're going to investigate this further to find the cause. It only affects some users and we're trying to narrow it down. Could you let us know what make and model your mobile phone is. Until then you shouldn't save any long messages but short ones will work ok.

Inappropriate?We've just received an update in on this. The problem is real and effects long sms sent from Vodafone UK users. The problem is between Vodafone and our SMS service provider and it is being investigated by them.
Unfortuantly no timescale is available for when this will work properly. A short term workaround is to try using our Dutch service number +31 621 224 580 but that does cost more to text internationally if your in the UK.
We'll update here with more news as soon as we have it.
