moving messages to trash results in problems

I just moved a few messages to the trash folder and then switched to another contact, in order to clean up some more and I got an alert telling me that my session was logged out and that I need to log back in.

I then proceed by clicking on the "log me back in" link and I am back in my control panel.

This might be related to this one.

this also affects the messages I moved to the trash. They get marked as "deleted" in the folder they were in (e.g.: strikethru, trash count gets updated), but once I click on trash, I get the exception and then the log-back-in-screen and when I return, the trash is empty and the messages have been placed back in their original folder.

The workaround of leaving the site and then coming back also empties the trash and puts the messages back into their original folders.
