Sorry there isn't much we can do regards this. We use a service provided by our SMS partner for our messaging. We can send and receive from where they have connections with all the various operators. We manage to cover most with them but it's not always possible to have every single one. We will though pass on your request to them and it may get added at some point in the future.

Red : Delivery Failed the network is probably not supported or the number was wrong
Yellow : The Message is enroute, maybe the other persons phone is off or it's taking a while to get there
Green : Message was delivered

Thanks for trying this. Unfortuantly we couldn't deliver the message to the banglalink network, it is not available from the network we use and we got an error back. Only GrameenPhone is supported.

Sure thing just give it a try. We don't see Bangalink on our list of networks from our SMS provider so it's not officially supported but there's a good chance it will just work. If it fails we'll see it go wrong here. If it does I'll add the credit back to your account for you. If it does work we'll add them to the list so everyone else knows.

It fell of our list of networks but I've just added the GrameenPhone network in Bangladesh to our list of supported outbound and inbound networks. You should now be able to create contacts and send sms to people there.
