Texts have not gone to TMT past 3 months.
TMT was great however these recent months no texts have gone on there...anyone assist please?

Inappropriate?Which number are you using the UK one. We recently had to switch numbers in the UK so this might explain it if you were still using the old one. The new number is +44 7624 800 239

Inappropriate?Ok thanks, we're definitely not receiving your messages. I can understand why your messages suddenly stopped arriving over the last couple of months because that would have been just around when we changed our number. To clarify our old previous number has been deactivated now for several months. However if you're now definitely sending to our new number I've no idea what the issue is. As your in the UK you don't need the +44 and can send to just 07624800238. If you're are using +44 be sure to actually include the + otherwise it likely won't work and it sounds silly but double check the number your using again. If your doing all these things ok then we'll have to assume it's an issue with the networks and something we'll have to dig a little deeper into.

Inappropriate?I have deleted TMT contact and put in as a new contact with correct number. However after sending and bringing up details the number shown is 07781486064. This would explain as they are going to a different number (are they being hijacked by someone?).

That number was the old TMT one (checked pre June messages).
My phone must be at fault as in spite of changing the number it has continued to send to the old one.
I tried sending to TMT via just the number-rather than I have been doing the name- and they got there!
Now also, the details of the new number are there when I use the TMT contact name.
Took a bit of figuring out, but this is an issue with my phone!
