Thanks for your concern. Don't worry this is just downtime which happens sometimes. It only affects the website not our other SMS services, so saved SMS are not lost. The application which runs our website can under heavy usage stop responding and needs some human intervention to get things running again. A lot of this usage comes from the U.S. and coincides with night time over here in Europe.

We do monitor this and get alerts if this happens and downtime is normally limited to 15 mins. If it happens though during the night for the sake now of our sanity and desperately needed beauty sleep we don't deal with these until the morning.

During the days we're actively working to find a fix for the root cause of the issue and we should be able to fix this soon and reduce the occurrences of this.

Until then we apologise in advance when you see this slightly unnerving & cryptic message.
