There are three lights to indicate the status of a sent sms. These let you know precisely the status of your message.

Green - Your message was delivered
Yellow - Enroute, your message is being delivered
Red - Undeliverable. Your message can't be delivered

If you see red then there are usually two reasons for this. Here's what to check.

1. Double check that the number you entered is correct
2. The network isn't reachable. Check our list of supported international networks.
