You can send outbound SMS from Treasuremytext. It's easy and low cost (especialy if you are sending international SMS).

You can send an SMS to almost any standard mobile number worldwide. You cannot send an SMS to premium rate SMS numbers (they will not be accepted by the operator).

Use your SMS credits to send SMS to friends and family at home or abroad in over 365 Countries worldwide.
