Why are my messages not showing up in my account?
I've been adding Sms just fine when all of a sudden anything I sent doesn't show up on my account. I know I'm sending it to the correct number because I have it saved on my phone.
I can see the messages are sending fine on my phones end and I also see that the site isn't down. I'm not sure what the problem is or how to fix it. Any advice would be appreciated.

Inappropriate?Which of the service numbers are you using which your having the problem with. Have just checked the UK and US numbers and everything seems fine.
It may sometimes be that the server is busy and your account doesn't get updated immediately even though the message is saved. If you try logging in again they may just 'show' up.
If still nothing send your number to support@treasuremytext.com and we'll take a look and check when the most recent message was.

I've used this number to send over 100 text to my account. It just stopped working a bit ago.
Okay well I just tried the Us number and it worked just fine = )
Not sure why the other number just stopped working but I'm thankful this worked. Thanks! -
Inappropriate?The UK number is working ok now so you should be able to go back to using that one. Maybe just a bit of a delayed message getting through from the networks today. Perhaps the hot weather has something to do with it :)
