I have entered my email address to reset my password, but I receive no email indicating next steps.

I can't reset my password! Every time i do it just says "Can you give that another whirl?"

I go to the link in the email.
I enter my email address and new password (twice).
I always get "Can you give that another whirl?"

I'm tired of whirling.
