Error Loading Toolbar (Wordpress Install)
Script is on the site. When I click the triggit button, it says loading, then nothing happens.

No, the only place you can place links is on your own site. The login on your toolbar only lets you makes changes to a site with your javascript on it.
I am not sure where your error is coming from. I've never seen anything like this before. I'll dig around. Could there be something on your site that is causing this? We have hundreds of installs and this has never occurred before.

I tried it with a clean install of wordpress 2.0.4 | 2.2.2 | 2.3.1 and it works. After further investigation... it is does not work if you are using the following plugin:
