45 Seconds of black being added to all programs
All of the sudden..... Cablecast is adding 45 seconds to every program.
It is showing as a 45 second black window before the program starts. Programs are seperated by the 45 sec delay and some are cut off by 45 sec at the end.
When you look at the program in the "show" section the running time is correct. but when you switch over to the schedule there is an extra 45 sec on the show time.
Found one other post about this happening and it doesn't sound good. What's up?

Hey JJ thanks for helping out.
I just checked the interstitial time page and there is no on or off option There is an interstitial length window with a 0 in it.
What do I do? That link you sent wouldn't open -
Just got the adobe reader and read the manual if I'm set to 0 that means the interstitial is turned off. So is there anything else? -

Did you check the interstitial for all your channels? Also, do you have a Cablecast Pro with an SX server. Check the clock on both machines, they may be 45 seconds off from each other. This would cause the router to switch early or late in relation to teh video server. -
No we're running a Cablecast bundle that is controlling the old VS4 -300
I updated to the new cablecast software on the phone with Joe in tech support. We added new control modules and there was no problem. for the past 2 weeks...
This problem just popped up out of nowhere yesterday. -

Thanks for bearing with me here. I just checked the interstitial for all 3 of our channels. Channels 8, 22, & 98. Channel 98 was set for 45 so i changed it back to 0
One question. The 45 sec of black was being added to channel 8, and 98 was adding 45 seconds of Carousel time. 22 was un-affected.
Is there somewere in cablecast where channels 8 and 98 are tied to eachother somehow.
