Augh! Carousel freezes and/or lost links to videos
We just installed Carousel system 3 weeks ago and have the latest software, but since going live on April 13, we have had to reboot the system 4 times. Either the entire thing freezes up or it loses links to some (not all) videos so that they don't play. I have to edit the bulletins and relink the videos.Or loses webcam fee. This is getting old. I cannot always get here to reboot system. Is this a common problem? If so, are there any solutions?
