Background audio causing error messages!

We're brand new users of Carousel. Everything seemed to be working great until we tried to upload mp3 files for background audio. We set the system to use the Background Audio List and uploaded 3 mp3 files. Once this was set, we were given an AudioHelper.exe application error message on the screen. The other bulletins continued to play but this windows error is in the forefront and no background audio is playing.

Any help would be appreciated.
