bumping problems

I've been having problems with the cablecast cutting off the end of programming by several minutes sometimes. I think I've isolated the timing to occasions when the cablecast has bumped timing on programming. It seems as though it changes the beginning time, but not the end time. Any thoughts from anyone on this?
