Cablecast display on Carousel

We have Carousel version 4.5.4 Build 10 currently. I was curious about the feature where Carousel is supposed to be able to display CG Titles from Cablecast. I can't figure out how to do it, and for some reason I can't access the training manuals online. Is it possible with this version? Or is this a feature only for later versions?

If you log into carousel and click New Bulletin, flip to the Dynamic tab. It is called CableDisplay Bulletin.

From there you can create all of the cool pages that get their info directly from cablecast.
