Cablecast import Utility

Hi. New user of SX4. DVD import utility does not seem to be working consistently. It will play off the server but does not play off server as scheduled.

I’m disapointed

Mr. Sack-

Do you happen to know the video and audio codecs on the DVDs you're importing? At the moment Cablecast 4.7 does not support LPCM (Common on DVDs). Many of our customers have had great luck using our FixMpeg program which you can download at http://trms.github.com/fixmpeg/

Chad with the fixmpeg- we have tried to use this twice and it has chopped of gig on the file and made the audio off in various places both times. What is our other option for importing a mpeg?
