Cablecast Not Triggering Decks
We recently updated to the latest version of Cablecast. We use the Leightronix Pro 16 as our router.
For some reason Cablecast is not firing off our DVD/VCR's. We are able to force the devices through Autopilot, but Cablecast is not firing off the decks through the schedule.
Any advise would be helpful. Thanks!

Inappropriate?Check to make sure the decks are enabled in the Main Menu:Location Settings: Devices area. it might have been toggled off with the upgrade. You also might want to check if it's a deck that it's set to 'rewind' - the upgrades have reset that, and it only takes one of the settings now.. I used to be able to do 'Stop' and 'Rewind' at the same time. Now it just is redundant and confuses Cablecast.

Inappropriate?I'm trying to think what other issues we had with our Pro 16 and Pro 8 machines. We had time issues with the DST changes... is the computer time the same as the leightronix? The Microsoft patches and DST changes this time cause a lot of heartache for a few weeks. Now I'm finally synced on all servers and machines.
If you can successfully force in cablecast, it shouldn't be a cabling issue. You might want to double check you can force using the Leightronix control , in case it's a cable to one deck.
Other than that, I think it's probably a software coding issue.

Inappropriate? If you just upgraded to the latest software, I would check that "Limit Events" is turned off.
From the main menu of Cablecast,
Click Location Settings
Flip to the I/O tab
Click Control Module Sets
Locate the Control Module for your Leightronix, and un-check the box for 'Limit Events'.
Click Save, and resend autopilot, I think that will take care of it.
