Cablecast Update
I just recently updated my cablecast to version 4.8.0, but when I did I lost Quicktime Pro on the server. Does anyone know a way to get it back.
Also, I am still running Front Door 5.2.0. Has this been updated?

Inappropriate?Cablecast installs Quicktime as part of the installation process, as it is needed for playback on our SX video servers.
The latest releases of Cablecast 4.7 and 4.8 updated the installed version of Quicktime to 7.6, as older versions of Quicktime don't have the support we need for playing back certain video types.
It's possible that the update to Quicktime 7.6 may have uninstalled your Quicktime Pro license? I'd try adding the Quicktime Pro license key again and see if that restores it.
And yes, there is a newer version of FrontDoor, it's version 5.3.1. You can request that update in the usual way by emailing support@trms.com :)
