Cablecast with VOD Server Control Mod's

Hello, I need some help with trying to figure out why our Cablecast box is not transcoding to our VOD server. Im lead to beleve that the control mods in cablecast got blow away for it. IT had to come in and change 2 ip adresses on 2 of our boxes, this is how they nearly destroyed our last automation system. Im under Location Setings - Control Module Sets - IO tab, and to my knowlage, there should have been 6 total mods that were installed. We now have 4.
Were running
Cablecast 4.7.2
Frontdoor 5.0.3

Our equipment is Cablecast pro, VSX Video Server, Strm-VOD, STRM-Live, and Carousel display, (but that has nothing to do with my question.)
Also would a STRM-Live mod have to be put in place? We also just did a patch update on our cablecast pro, vsx, and carousel boxes, would we need to update the vod and strm-live as well?
