Inappropriate?Hello LCTV,
Was an upgrade recently performed to your TRMS software? I ask because I think that error usually happens when upgrading from an older version (older than 4.5) to a recent version.
If this sounds right, I think the issue is that we need to get a newer version of the Microsoft .NET framework (2.0) installed on your system. All TRMS software as of version 4.5 require the .NET framework version 2.0, which is located here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/de...
Assuming this is the case, is that something you'd feel comfortable installing yourself? If not, our support team can help you out if you send them an email at support@trms.com.
My apologies for the frustration. I'm sure we can get it straightened out.
-John
I’m sorry about the error

Inappropriate? Thanks for the reply John, but no my TRMS hasn't been upgraded recently. I tried installing the framework that you linked me to and while installing it an error popped up and read that it isn't compatible with my current system. I appreciate any help I can get.

Inappropriate?Actually, we might have had an upgrade done without our knowledge when we sent the server back to repair the bios and hard drive. May I ask who submitted this problem? I booted the server and that took care of the frozen Carousel and the "too many people on the server" Microsoft error message we were getting when trying to access our server.
I'll try installing Microsoft .NET framework (2.0) tomorrow. Thanks for your help, John! ~ Mary Ellen
