Carousel Background Audio failing
I can not get any background audio to come up on our system. It comes
through on the videos but I cant get any MP3's to play at all.

Since we're able to hear the videos playing back out of Carousel, that eliminates the need to check the wiring from the Carousel machine.
It seems that one of the following is happening:
1. The audio files are incompatible with Carousel.
2. The system is set to receive a line input for audio rather than the uploaded list.
1. We can begin by checking the compatibility of the files by loading them onto the desktop of the Carousel machine and launching them using Windows Media Player. If we hear them through the system, we can move on to step two. If not, try another audio format and repeat the test.
2. Be heading into the Carousel Main Menu: Configure: ChannelName: Background Audio menu we can verify that the input selection is set to 'Background Audio List'. Next we can head into the Configure: ChannelName: Background Audio Playlist menu and verify that there is at least one uploaded file.
