Inappropriate? From just that Window I can't figure out exactly what may have caused that error. Under what conditions have you seen this error, and is it easily replicated? It looks as if its coming up on top of the display engine while running?

Inappropriate?Well if it continues to happen there is definitely a problem. Did this problem just crop up after it had been running well for a while, or did this just start occurring after a software upgrade or Windows update?
-
Inappropriate? It has been running for about a month and this is a new message. We did have some QuickTime updates requests that we upgraded and changed that to manual updates.
-
Inappropriate?Interesting. Are you running any Quicktime videos in your system? I'm perplexed by these errors for sure. I would continue to keep an eye on it and at the next sign of trouble submit a trouble ticket though our website at http://www.trms.com/community

Inappropriate? We were testing some QuickTime files. Not using it now. What information would you like me to provide if the message comes back?

Inappropriate?Don,
Shoot me an e-mail at chad@trms.com when you have a moment today, it sounds like the issue you're seeing has been patched in Carousel 5.2.2, so I'd like to coordinate getting you some updates and possibly remoting in to your machine if possible to grab some logs.
