Carousel Jumping to Black Before Playing Videos
Today for the first time we aired a .mpg in our Carousel. Right before the video played, our Carousel went to black (entire screen) then reappeared with the video playing in the correct zone.
Can anyone tell me why the entire screen went black for that one or two seconds?

Was the video in your main bulletin zone? What is the file size/resolution/bitrate of the MPEG? The delay could have been the system caching the video due to a high bit rate/size.

Inappropriate?We speak again Chad. Yes, it was in our main bulletin zone. The file is just under 50 mb. I'll have to check on the bit rate and resolution and get back to you.
