We recently purchase Tightrope and can't seem to get the carousel to air between programming.

Ok so we did get Carousel to finally show on a monitor, but now we can't seem to get Tightrope to switch between carousel and cablecast on the preview. I'm trying to force it through the matrix as well and it won't switch between
