Change order of bulletins?
How do I change the order in which bulletins display? Could not find this in the manual.

Inappropriate?Never mind, I figured it out.
1. You have to be in the Manage Bulletins/All Bulletins tab mode
2. need to click and drag the small bulletin thumbnail itself, not the whole frame

Inappropriate?Or just click on the thumbnail, go to where you want the bulletin to appear and blue line will appear. Click on the blue line to put the bulletin at that spot.
