Change order of bulletins quickly
How do I rearrange active bulletins and drop new bulletins into specific spot rather than end of list? As my bulletin list is growing is there way to reorder bulletins other than attempting to drag bulletin all the way up list to drop in? Thanx in advance

I'm not sure if this will help, but if you simply single-click on the little preview of the bulletin in the All Bulletins list, it should highlight in blue. (Rather than dragging the bulletin preview, just click it once.)
Now, if you move your mouse in between two other bulletins, you should see the space highlight with a blue bar, just as if you were dragging the bulletin. Click again to place the selected bulletin there.
This makes it a bit easier to make big changes to bulletin order... Instead of dragging them around, just click once to select a bulletin, scroll to where you want to be, then click again.
