Clock formatting not allowed??!!
The dynamic clock function isn't working for me... When I go to create a new dynamic clock bulletin, if i change anything in the options, i either get A) a blank bulletin, or B) the basic generic clock with a black background. I can't get a digital clock; I can't get a clock on a different background; I can't do anything! Is this a problem with the system or am I doing something wrong?

I think you are referring to the preview image of the clock bulletins. In that case you will not see the hands on a analog clock or the digital output in the bulletin preview. When the Display Engine is launched on your display, the hands on the analog clock and the digital output are applied.
