Configure screen frozen on "Loading"
When I click on the yellow configure button, the grayed out "loading" image appears in a frozen state and does not load or do anything else. If it helps, I am accessing the Carousel Pro via remote desktop. I was able to login and look at settings OK, it's just a problem with the Configure page not loading.

I would suggest using a different machine to access the Carousel web interface from. By default the OS (2003 server) has a security setting enabled that prevents the 'Configure' screen from loading. If using the web UI direct from the server is needed I would suggest using the Firefox web browser or you can go into Add/Remove Windows components and remove the 'Internet Explorer enhanced security configuration.'
