Deleting stale bulletings

I'd like to suggest an upgrade for the next Carousel release. It would be nice to have the ability to select the stale bulletins you want to delete while keeping the rest. Right now, unless I'm missing something, it apppears you can only "delete all" or delete one by one.

When you want to keep some but not all, it is time-consuming to delete one by one. Having a check box next to each one where I could select them for deleting would be great.
