Does Carousel resize video to fit the zone? For example, I have a 640x480 video, and put it in a 700X500 zone, what happens?

Yes, it will shrink/stretch it to fit the zone. If your zone is a different aspect ratio, the video will become distorted, so don't get too crazy.
