Email Notification of waiting bulletins.
Isn't there a way to have an email sent to a user when there are waiting bulletins that need to be approved? Can you give me some direction?

Yep, you can. It's a setting found in "Zone Settings," under the "Network" tab.
The Carousel 5.2.5 manual goes a bit more in-depth on it, in section 8.1.1: Email Settings.

Bulletin Waiting for Approval - Carousel 5.2.5.88 - 7/6/2009 11:01:47 AM
I wonder if this subject header could contain the name of the user who submitted the bulletin? Something like:
Bulletin Waiting for Approval from 'twilson' - Carousel 5.2.5.88 - 7/6/2009 11:01:47 AM
This would help me easily identify how many different users are submitting messages during busy times, by just looking at subject lines. Sometimes it's just one user sending a bunch of messages all at once. It would be helpful to me... Whaddya think?
