Encode-->Move File issue

Our encoder was acting erratically, which seemed to be fixed (at first) by a restart. Now, however, while it encodes with no problem, the "move file" command--while present in the event table--doesn't seem to be doing anything. We've restarted the CableCast services by hand, as well. Anyone else run into this problem? It's going to be very difficult when I'm not in the office tomorrow to move the files by hand...
