Error contacting TCP I/P control module set.
Podcast Transcoding is not going well. I have everything set up so that the projects are showing in iTunes and Zune. Just no files yet. I look in the folder on the SX server and no files have been transcoded. I have permissions set on both SX and VOD server services (both cable cast and device controller) to log in as Administrator. When I look at the transcoding process at the bottom of the Digital File Management area I see this error message "Error contacting TCD I/P control module set.
Item has already been added. Key in dictionary: '192.168.0.150' Key being added: '192.168.0.150'" I also notice that a lot of the videos now say "Could not find a matching digital file for this show on a video server" where they used to say "On Demand file exists. (along with their filename.wmv). This was just minutes ago.
Any thoughts?
People have also commmented that they cannot access the VOD files from external locations. We can see them fine here at the office. If someone could point me in the right direction there as well, I would appreciate it.
Thanks in advance for any and all help.

Inappropriate? How did this work out for you? I just went to your site and noticed that your podcast files are being generated, but the link to your podcast files from the outside world still has an IP address of 192.168.0.155 . That IP address is one usually reserved for computers on the inside of your network (that is, behind your router or firewall).
I think you will need to specify in the cablecast config file (as described in that previous post) the URL that gets people to your network. From what I can see, that should be 24.111.15.98:8100. Try that and see if people from outside can get the files.
Also, if you want to test this from your location (i.e. visit your public site as someone outside your building would do), type in 24.111.15.98:8100 in your web browser address line instead of 192.168.0.155. Then you'll know you're getting to your machine the way others will see it.
Good luck! Let me know how you make out.
