Frontdoor issues with IE7
One of my account users can't see the logon when they hit the frontdoor page. They get the background and banner, but no input area. She just upgraded to IE7 and could see it previously.
I thought it might be a Java issue (my palm browser can't see the input either) but any ideas i can use to get her back online?
Thanks

Inappropriate?I just upgraded my workstation to IE 7 and have not noticed any problems yet. I'm running Java 1.5.0.

Inappropriate?I am having no problems with IE7 or Java. Have you tried another browser to see if it is isolated to IE? We use Firefox almost all the time, with some IE and Safari thrown in for good measure. As of today, I've tested with all three browsers and have no issue.

Inappropriate? At the network I work at, we have a lockdown on approved apps. While someone can install IE 7, there are so many web apps that are broken when upgrading from version 6 that a number of folks have had to roll back to version 6. I love new versions as much as the next person, but too much time is spent by people who have broken workflow processes by updating their computer, never mind by the folks who service them. Personally, when I have someone involved in my workflow, it can be worth it to not give them admin or power user privledges on a separate machine when they dip their toe into my world. This way their interaction with me and my goals isn't tainted by their compulsion to do Windows or Apple updates.
