How can citizens submit content to their City's access channel?

That's a fine question. Could you tell us a bit more about what you'd like to see? I work for a company that makes products for cable access stations (in fact, one of our products is called Cablecast, which is how I found your tweet), and we'd be very interested in hearing your ideas.
Right now, we have a system whereby members of a community can log in to a web-based application and submit content to their cable channel. Usually this takes the form of "bulletin board" style text-based messages, but it's possible to submit videos as well.
There's a lot of stuff going on in the access arena these days. We'd like to make things better. Please feel free to share your thoughts! :)

First - talk to the person who runs the channel
when that doesn't work, talk to the City Manager
when that doesn't work, talk to your representative on the City Council.
