how do you set up bins

There is only one 'bin' per user. The bin is sort of a way to keep track of a short list of shows.

For example I use the bin when I create shows. When I create a new show I add it to the bin. Then when I schedule a show I remove it from the bin. This way I can keep track of which shows I have ingested, but not yet scheduled.

If your looking for a more permanent bucket for shows you could use projects.

To setup a new project click Shows from the main menu and then choose the Projects tab. Choose New Project and enter in a project title and a description.

Now when creating a show record, just choose Link Project when entering the shows meta data.

You can use the projects to podcast, as well as to search for shows during scheduling.

I use projects to organize all my series programming.
