How to upgrade Cablecast... how to transfer over from DSL to Cable...
Couple of questions... I would like to upgrade my cablecast system. Running Release Version: 4.5.9 Build 6, Database Version: 4.5.0. Also I am upgrading our Internet system... when I switch over routers, internet doesn't recognize Cablecast or servers. Can someone help me with this? (going from DSL to Cable)

We're not really able to provide support for configuring your network, as everyone's network is configured differently, and we don't know how to use the specific routers and devices that you might have.
But, as I had mentioned in the chatroom, my guess is that the new router has perhaps assigned a new IP address to the Tightrope servers, so you can no longer access them from the IP address you were using before.
You can find the current IP address of a server by clicking on the Windows Start menu, going into Settings, and selecting "Network Connections." Right click on "Local Area Connection" and select "Status"

In the window that appears, click the "Support" tab, and you should see the active IP address listed.

Try using that IP address and see if that helps.
