Importing Templates and Backgrounds

I'm not entirely sure of the exact directory that the new media packages live, but I think it's something like D:\TRMS\CarouselMediaPackages
In any case, if you head over to the "Media" section of Carousel 5, and switch to the "Zone" tab, you can upload the zip files using the "Add Media Package" option. That will install the media on whichever zone you're currently in.

Note that the packages come in a variety of aspect ratios, so, choose the package that best fits your zone dimensions.

The Carousel Quick Start Guide outlines the entire process in the "Step 3: Adding Media" section.

The Quick Start Guide (plus the official Carousel manual) should be installed in the "D:\TRMS\Documentation" directory.

Sorry, I missed the "individual" part.

Hmm, the short answer is, to upload an individual item, you'd have to create a new media package zip file (with the same directory structure inside!) containing the single item.

But I guess I don't quite get your particular use case... Why do you want to upload an individual file from our provided media packages? If you've already uploaded the package, all the files should be in your system already, so there's no need to upload an individual one again. If you haven't yet uploaded it, there won't be any duplicates created when you do upload it.
