Inability to Upload PowerPoint Slides
Hi!
Under the: New Bulletin>Uploaded tab, there is no "Upload PowerPoint" option; only image, flash, video, and bulletin package. Any idea why? It sounds like other Carousel users have it, but we don't. What do we have to do to get it installed?
EDIT: A quick search suggests we might need the "MSE Plug-in"? Do we have it, or do we need it for this feature?

Inappropriate?If I knew how, I'd go ahead and delete this post. We ended up getting it figured out. PowerPoint is working now.

Glad you got it fixed up. For anyone else who might be experiencing this problem, we do have a process to get it working. I'll see if we can get it posted up here one of these days.
As far as the cupcakes go... Well, here's what the Get Satisfaction team has to say about it. Bottom line: "Cupcakes are delicious! And satisfying!" :-)
(PS, if you'd like to change your icon, click on the "You" link at the top of the page, then head into the "Account Settings" tab. Toward the bottom, there will be a spot to upload a new image.)
