Loading Zone Error Message
We have created multiple zones for our channel and the system is black with "loading zone" in the upper left corner.

Inappropriate?Hi Sylvia.
I've only seen that message when the display engine can't connect to the carousel server. Stop the display engine and restart it. But before it actually starts hit the Configure Button.
In the top left it has the server that its trying to connect to. Click the check next to the box, it will run throguh a check and make sure it can connect and communicate with the server.
If there are any errors, make sure that the address you have in that box is correct. It might be a network issue where your IP address have changed or something.
If you know you have the correct address, give tech support a call.

We do not know what our IP address should be. Is this something the installer set up?

Inappropriate?No... The installer doesn't figure out the IP address setup. There are two many variables depending on how your Network setup is.
You said you created a multiple zone layout? So that means that you are accessing the Carousel Server. What ever you are typing into your address bar to get to the Carousel Server, you should try typing that into where it says localhost
