Making Stale Bulletins Active
How do I make a stale bulletin an active bulletin?
Can a group of stale bulletins be made an active group again, or would those group bulletins have to be made active individually?

Inappropriate?Hey Jeff,
You can make stale bulletins active again by re-editing them and giving them current dates. The reason they became stale in the first place is because the "off date" has elapsed.
You can edit all the on/off dates for an entire group of bulletins by clicking on the "edit" icon on the top-right corner of the group. There will be a link to change the on/off dates for every bulletin in that group.

You can find how to move bulletins TO stale in the manual, chapter 16.1.4 "Copying and Moving Bulletins" found on our documentation site: http://www.trms.com/community/documen...
I hope this helps,
-John

Inappropriate?Yeah, that helps. I had searched the manuel but couldn't find it. The bulletins, which are alert bulletins, actually became stale because I clicked the Disable All Alert Bulletins link.
I’m glad.
