Manual Events on Public schedule

How do you get manual events to show up on the Public Site schedule? I have my live meetings set-up as manual events in my Cablecast scheduler, but when I check the schedule on the Public Site it does not show up. The Public Site lists the time, but no program and has 00:00:00 duration. Any suggestions?
