What is the maximum number of zones Tightrope recommends?
I’m wondering if my tech problems are because I have too many zones.

Technically, I think there is a hardcoded limit of 50 zones that a Display Engine can display. But I think you'd be hard pressed to design a channel layout with 50 zones that still looks good! :-)
So, the number of zones on a channel shouldn't cause too many issues.
