mpeg hiccups/stutters
Both mpegs that have been recorded directly to the cablecast server and that we have uploaded using the DVD Import program are hiccupping as they play. Meaning it freezes for a second and then plays fine. Any suggestions on how to rectify this would be great!

Check to see how much space is on your C drive. We had a similar problem whereby a corrupt mpeg file was crashing the SXConfiguration program, causing huge (400+ mb) memory dumps to show up in the Windows\system32 folder. This in turn filled the C drive to near-bursting and resulting in a similar playback "hiccuping" you describe.

Also try defragging your E: (Content) drive. If your files get to fragmented, it can cause stuttered playback.
