Music Volume in Carousel
We have tried everywhere to raise the volume of music in carousel but it still isn't loud enough. When we were first set up about 2 months ago the volume was fine but it hasn't been in a while and have tried trouble shooting this ourselves but haven't had much luck. Is there a setting we may be missing somewhere?

Inappropriate?Might be to obvious, but did you try adjusting the volume in Windows? I'm thinking the overall volume to the sound card might be effected by the windows output.

Inappropriate?Sarah,
There are only a couple places to adjust the audio output of your Carousel Unit. If you click on the speaker icon down by your clock the Volume Control Panel should pop up. Check that both your Master Volume and Wave sliders are turned up.

If the audio level you're not happy with is background audio feed from the line input on the back of the computer, then you'll want to check your line input volume. This can be found under the options menu, properties, and changing your playback device to be input instead of output.
If all of those levels check out OK, then it's most likely a loss of audio signal further down the line causing the signal to come out low. (Say, perhaps the 1/8" mini jack is only half plugged into the back of the computer.) Let us know if this helps!

Inappropriate?Hi Chad,
We figured it out, we had a bad cable in the audio. Thanks for all your help though! :o)
I’m thankful
