Need additional training and installation setup
We have some technical issues and training issues that have not been addressed by our installer. With whom should we address these issues

If you're having any technical problems with your Carousel system (as in, something is broken or not working correctly), you can submit a support trouble ticket through our website at http://support.trms.com or via email at support@trms.com.
If you're looking to have someone from Tightrope come to your facility and help you install the system, and perhaps train your staff on how best to use the system, we do have a variety of training packages available.
For details on the training packages, you can get in touch with our training department at training@trms.com and they'll be able help out.
And apologies for the delay in responding... our forum was having a few issues that prevented us from posting.

I will contact them about training. I have another question. We were told that the system can do some features and on that info we purchased it. This was in a meeting at the TRMS head office. Now that we are trying to set up the system we can't seem to set the system as was advertised We are wondering how do we resolve this issue? -

What features are you having trouble finding that were advertised? This could be a training/setup issue as many functions do not become available until the system had been configured for them. This should be something training can help you with as well!
