Need an online support request, Please

I need a tech to help me update my cablecast/carousel unit. I am a dealer working with a customer that has a service agreement. I would like to talk to someone over the phone preferably or if someone could remote into the system and look to see what updates can be done.

I would also like to state that I do not like using a forum as a support portal.
