Need an online support request, Please
I need a tech to help me update my cablecast/carousel unit. I am a dealer working with a customer that has a service agreement. I would like to talk to someone over the phone preferably or if someone could remote into the system and look to see what updates can be done.
I would also like to state that I do not like using a forum as a support portal.

You do not need to use the forum for support. The forum is a here to get support, but also discuss things about the products. You are welcome to use any of the other support options that our support web site lays out, http://support.trms.com

Our preferred way of receiving support requests is by opening a trouble ticket. This way we don't have to transcribe a voice mail, however the phone is fine too! If you are a dealer, be sure to select option 3 in the support menu.

Inappropriate?Sorry about that, I typed in the support.trms.com, but it took me here so that is why I was under the impression of having to use a forum for tech support. Thanks for the clarification and I apologize if a came off as rude. I was a bit frustrated.
